We value our clients and their loyalty. That is why we offer our clients a loyalty card, which can get you discounts on treatments and products.
If you have a loyalty card, please remember to show it to reception or your therapist before you pay.
Kindly note that if you do not have your card with you on the day of your treatment, you will not be able to receive your stamp or discount for that day.
We would love to be part of the celebrations and/or help you treat your loved one to something special like a Cha’belle treatment.
Gift vouchers can be purchased at Cha’belle Beauty Studio and are presented beautifully for that someone in an envelope and with a ribbon.
If you do not have much time to wait, you are welcome to call us beforehand and give us the details for that special someone. We will then have the voucher ready and waiting for you when you get to the salon.
We can also make it that much more special for you and/or your loved one by decorating the treatment room for the occasion and even having snacks and/or champagne. Please note that this will then be an added cost.
Please note that we do have a 5 day treatment policy.
All treatments are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment. If you are not happy with your treatment you had done, please do tell us immediately after your appointment before you leave the salon.
If you loose an enhancement, notice chips, lifting or anything wrong with your treatment in the first five days, please call us to schedule a free repair.
Repairs after 5 days will be charged accordingly.
We use only the best products for our clients but we also know that you got stuff to do that may cause this inconvenience.
