Bookings, cancellations and late arrivals
To ensure that you receive your full allocated treatment time when doing longer treatments, we recommend that you arrive for your treatment a few minutes before the appointment time. This will allow you to fill out a consultation card, as well as enjoy a yummy drink (coffee, tea, glass of water of if a beauty package maybe some champagne?) before your treatment.

Please inform us in case of rescheduling on cancellation 24 hours or at least a few hours prior to your treatment. This will allow another client to take that time slot. A fee will be charged on your next treatment if you are a “no-show”.

Please understand that if you are late we may need to reduce your treatment according or reschedule your appointment, to ensure the next client can start their treatment on time.

Please make bookings in advance so that we can ensure that we meet your preferred schedule and treatment request.

Health issues?
Please inform us about any health issues you may have. Such as allergies, accidents, injuries or even if you are pregnant. Your health is important to us and we do not want to make it worse!

Parties and packages?
We would love to be part of the celebrations and/or help you treat your loved one to something special like a Cha’belle treatment(s). You can contact us by email of give us a call with your plans and we will give you a quote, help you by decorating the treatment room for the occasion and even have snacks and/or champagne (please  note that this will then be an added cost).
